Accreditation:             Association Services recently joined the elite group of community association management companies who have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Association Services is one of only 150 management companies nationwide who have earned the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.

Experience:              Association Services  has managed community associations for more than 15 years.  Our staff has a diverse background including Accounting, Investments, Property Management, Real Estate, and Customer Service.  Each of our staff members has completed at least the minimum course requirements for Community Association Management to ensure that we have the knowledge, experience, and integrity to provide the best possible service to your association.

Educational

Opportunities:          Association Services is a true believer in continuing education not only for its team but also the Board of Directors and members of each community. We hold semi-annual “Board Orientation” classes to help inform new and veteran Board Members what each officer’s responsibility is to the community.  We also hold semi-annual “Evening with the Board” seminars on topics that are relevant to today’s community associations.

Individualized:         Associations Services is very unique in its approach to community association management.  We understand that each community has its own culture and will work with you to nurture the values that are important to your community.  Instead of charging a base rate plus additional fees for services that are rendered, we charge by the hour.  You pay only for the time we spend on your community.  This gives you the ability and flexibility to decide what tasks you would like to have handled by volunteers and what you would like a professional management company to handle.  In turn you are not paying for services that you are not using.
