Karen Savereux, CMCA Co-Owner has been involved with community management for eleven years. She worked in the business as a manager for a year and a half before buying the company more than nine years ago. She continues to support and manage community associations. |

Evelyn Dufford, CPA, CMCA, AMS, PCAM Co-Owner has been involved with communities for over 15 years. Evelyn is our financial wizard. Her expertise with budgets, taxes and fiscal planning is an extremely valuable service that she is able to provide to our associations. |

DeAnna Morrow, CMCA, AMS has worked at Association Services since 2001. She is a Community Manager extraordinaire. DeAnna has trained with Community Association Institute and is knowledgeable in all aspects of community management. She is currently working towards her PCAM designation. DeAnna is a wealth of information and a vital member of the Association Services team. |

Nancy Easley, CMCA, AMS is our newest member of the AS family. She comes to us with 12 years of "customer service training" in the airline industry and 10 years experience in Community Association Management and Real Estate sales. She has a degree in Business from the University of San Diego. Nancy has a diverse background having worked with condominiums, HOA's, Start up and Master Planned Communities and is currently working towards her PCAM designation. |

Heather Morgan, CMCA joined the team at Association Services in 2006. Heather began as receptionist and is now a Community Manager. Her background includes bookkeeping, customer service and human resources. She is currently continuing her studies in association management. |

Jessica Jones, CMCA is Community Manager with strong Customer Service skills and Property Management experience, including bookkeeping. She has been with us since 2008 and is currently studying the Community Associations Institutes (CAI) management courses working to obtain her AMS designation. |

Leah Corley, CMCA has been working with us since November of 2008. Her background includes 7 years of office management in the real estate industry and 8+ years working with the financial software used to manage our accounts. With an abundance of technical, software and computer experience she efficiently assists our Associations to maintain accurate accounting, track important information, dates and provide support to staff, members and boards.

Chelsea Nicholson, our newest addition, joined our team in May 2010. She is our cheerful receptionist receiving our incoming calls, greeting our visitors and providing the entire office with exceptional support. Chelsea is studying "The Essentials of Community Association Management." |
